How can we do that, you ask?? Simple!!
Each one, reach one, to grow our unit size. The more of us there are, the easier it is for all.
And each of us doubling our sales! (Do you have 5 customers? Can you get 10? Do you have 20 customers? Can you grow to 40?) Can you get the customers you have on more than one lipstick, more than 2 eye shadows, using a mascara every 3 months, etc.
That's how we'll take over the #1 position in Kansas!  It may take us a year or two, but we can do it!! Each of us, joining hands, with determination to be great! UNIT stands for U 'n I Together!

We keep missing that magic number!! We get close, then we fall back with inactive consultants, then we get close, and then we fall back! Build your team and earn your Senior Consultant enhancer or Red Jacket. Who do you know in another state that could build a business with customers that you'd never have a chance to sell to? Why not build a business with a "subsidiary." That's how McDonald's grew from one little restaurant to what it is today! I'd be glad to help you share the facts.
