Making It Fun
To break the ice with the younger group....on the customer profiles I have them put down their dream jobs (since nine times out of ten they are not working) and their dream husbands. (i.e. give them examples--astronaut, president, etc.) and under spouse tell them to pick somebody fun (I tell them to pick either boys at school or preferrably rock stars or Hollywood celebs.
I then take the profile cards, shuffle them and then say the names one at a time and have the other girls guess who is "wife" of the rock star or the Hollywood celeb and guess the dream job.
It is soo much fun and they "bond" with you and you appear so much fun to them. They then want to work with you, cuz you are one of them!!! And it jolts your memory when you call them for follow up.
