$10,000 Monthly Production Minimum

There was a day when you produced $4-5000 wh. with 5 Team Members (Month 1 on Target, remember).  To fall below $10,000 Team and unit production reflects either:
Unclear or apathetic goals
A poor work ethic
Poor Time Stewardship
A loss of Belief
Efforts on tasks instead of people
Loss of Confidence in the Basics of the Business

Whatever the case, every director needs to be producing at a min. of $10,000 monthly.  You owe it to your family, to yourself, and to your unit.  And quite frankly, 2 more stars on top of this plan is CADILLAC.  So, let's raise the roof off of NOVEMBER and perform with focus and skill and abundance like never before!

HOW DO YOU PRODUCE A $10,000 Team wh. month?
4 NEW qualified Team Members  (Recruit 8-10 New; 6 order less or nothing, but 4 order!)
#1 @ $3600
#2 @ $2400
#3 @  600
#4 @  600
Base of $1800 (This is production from your existing team that you aren't begging for)
Personal wh. $1000 ($500 retail weeks-- of course with a $4000 retail month, $2000 is a nice contribution from you!)
13% based on 9000 (minus your personal order)
= $1,170.
+      200..  (Team Building Bonus ($50 x 4 qual.)

+   800. (40% profit from SALES)

$2,170 TOTAL commission + profit from sales
HOW DO I MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
SET THE $10,000 GOAL
Hold 3-5 Classes Weekly (9-15 NEW weekly Faces)
Conduct 3-5 NEW Interviews/guests Weekly (Sharp prospects)
AND DO IT CONSISTENTLY!!!!!
TO GET YOUR COMMISSION STARTED, BECOME A RED JACKET THIS MONTH!!!
1 Active Team Member puts you on COMMISSION
Your 4th brings on the $50 bonus per each qualified (600) Team Member
Your 5th promotes you to 13% Plus Bonuses!!  (And with min. $4000 wh. Production--your order + your team's= YOU ARE ON TARGET FOR YOUR CHRISTMAS GRAND AM!!!!)
As a SALES Director, you earn 26% on your personal team;  you can earn up to $300 on 3 qualified Unit recruits monthly and an additional $600 bonus for 9 newly recruited qualified Quarterly Unit Recruits.  You earn 13% on the other unit members wholesale orders (those who are not personal team members)  and you now earn 13% no your PERSONAL ORDER and Monthly Unit Volume Bonuses are offered to you and range from $500-$5000!
Using the example of $10,000 production, assuming the entire $10,000 is from your personal team, the commission for a sales director with the same sales profit would be:
13% of $10,000= $1300 plus
13% of $10,000 (again as a director) = $1300 plus
$300 for 3 new unit Qualified recruits plus
$1000 unit volume bonus (based on $10k)
$800 profit from sales
