Reaching Production Goals

Kathy Goff's Method for Reaching Production Goals

We've been using most of the formula for years as our benchmarks, so this should be easy for you to catch on to!
1. Determine your Wholesale Goal for the Month (Crucial!)
2. Multiply your unit population by.33 (one third) That represents the number of consultants you can predict that will place orders this month.
3. Take the resulting figure and multiply that by $400. $400 is the national wholesale order average.
The resulting figure is what you can project that your consultants already in your unit will do in wholesale production for the month.
5. Subtract that figure from your goal figure.
The Difference is what needs to come in with new recruits.
6. Divide the figure you determined in #5 by $1,100. That's the national new recruit order average.
7. You now know how many women you need to recruit this month to reach your goal.
8. Multiply that # by 4. It takes about 4 interviews to recruit 1.
9. The resulting figure is the # of interviews you need to have happen in your unit that month.
10. You consentrate on only ONE thing....tracking and making sure those interviews are done. That's it!!!
Here's an example:
Sally Jones want to be on target for $300,000 Club by the end of October. To reach that she will need to have $9,000 in wholesale prodcution in Oct.
1. Goal $9,000
2. Unit size is 57. 33% of that figure is 18. So Sally can project that in her current unit 18 consultants will place an order in October.
3. 18 X $400 is $7,200 wholesale. Sally now project that her unit will do $7,200 wholesale with existing consultants.
4. $9,000 - $7,200 = $1,800 Salyy's unit needs to recruit in $1,800 wholesale to reach the $9,000 goal.
5. $1,800 divided by $1,100 = 1.6 new recruits Let's say 2.
6. 2 X 4 = 8 Sally's unit must hold 8 interviews to recruit the 2 needed to reach the goal.
7. Sally makes a chart and starts thinking of ways to get those interviews in and tracks it all month!
Now what was your wholesale goal for October at the beginning of October? Work the formula based on your original October Goal to see how many interviews need to be held this week in your unit to reach your goal. "DO the work and the results will come! It may take a month or 2 to catch up to your efforts, but it WILL come!!
Are you tempted to wait and start it in November? That's the devil whispering to you about how impossible it all is this late in the month. He's pretty convincing. If you were discussing this with God what would he say? Courage, faith, perseverence, claim what you can't yet see! He would ask you to defy the devil and work with God Courage!!!
Think of all the ways you can hold interviews and get movin'!!!
