Queen For A Day
This script has great product knowledge wording and could be a great script for a class. Take what you want from it and incorporate into your already-working class. I don't intend for you to necessarily use this class procedure, but I think you will benefit by reading it. The wording on some of the things is great. We are to make our class procedure fun and relaxing for the customer, and they should always laugh and have a good time. You might pick up some tips from this successful Director's script.
