Recognition dates each week are from Sunday morning to Saturday night. We need your totals during these days. On the first entry of the form, put the date of Saturday.
Example: If your week was from Sunday, July 27th through Saturday, August 2nd, you'd put the date of the Saturday, which would be August 2nd.
