NOTE:  Please don't write and ask me for the original file.  There are just a few originals I will not share, but this is one. I coined the words "Create-A-Roll-up" in 2003 and I made this flier for myself, with the sets that I personally choose to have on it.  You are free to borrow it, but I will not change it to suit everyone. As you can imagine, everyone has their own ideas of what sets should be on it. I don't have time to change it for everyone, nor will I mail out the original. If it doesn't meet your needs, please don't use it and create something that would work better for you. Thank you for your understanding.

Updated! Closing Sheet--Create-a-Roll-up--going up and down, with fewer sets

Create-A-Roll-up--updated with Foundation Primer and new Lash Spa products.

The first three sets are the Ultimate Miracle Set.  A customer could then use Set 12 to add products to reach $200 and receive the roll-up bag for free.

As long as a set is approximately $50 (or the total of 4 sets is at least $200), you can take out items that a customer doesn't want. Having the flexibility to substitute products or remove products from a set is one of the advantages of not giving a discount.

This sheet has no discounts. I personally feel like we have been giving too much product away with huge discounts on our fabulous products.  Women are buying roll-ups like crazy with NO discounts! Let's make some money by providing our customers a great deal--the $30 roll-up free when they purchase four or MORE sets! You are in this business to make money, right?

By not having a discount ($299 or $199), I can have larger sets without worrying how much they are getting free. No longer do my sets all have to be around $50. Some can be less and some can be higher. And, with the option to substitute, it doesn’t really matter what’s in a set. So, they don’t want satin lips? Great. Take it out of a set and put in another lip gloss. Because you’re totaling the actual cost of the product, it doesn’t matter. So much easier!! Also, this version encourages MORE than four sets. They could buy all 12 and spend nearly $700!!

Our new hostess brochures are offering $75 for $35. But as I studied the new hostess brochure, I realized that there are no minimums with the $75 for $35. Just have a party and she gets that! I love it! No longer do we need to qualify everything with requirements of so much in sales and so many in attendance. Just have a party with 3 or more! The actual cost to a consultant would be $2.50. The hostess gets $40 free!

$75 divided by 50% is $37.50. Hostess pays $35. Consultant cost is $2.50. Everyone can afford that even if the class is a bust.

However, I will offer the 10%, 15%, and 20% if the hostess would earn more than $40 that way because she had a great class. I always want to give my hostess the best deal. ($400 with no bookings, $200 with 2 bookings would be $40 in hostess credit.If the class is higher than those figures, you'd want to use the percentages.)


One consultant has been very very successful using my Create-A-Roll-up sheet and offering four easy payments of $50. She does not have a very big inventory, so can't give them all of the product until she can cash their check. So, what she does is take the 4 payments (either 4 checks or a credit or debit number she can use on the agreed deposit days) and then gives the customer the contents of the pockets on the day she can deposit her money. At the end of the 4 payments, the girl gets the last pocket plus the rollup. That way, the consultant is able to deposit money and reorder to keep that product coming in. FYI, there is nothing like having a full inventory! You feel so much more successful when you can deliver on the spot. Building to a full inventory should be your first priority if you intend to make great money in this business!
