Relaxing and refreshing ourselves is so important to our mental health and well-being, that sometimes we, as women, mothers, and caregivers, just have to stop and take care of ourselves. It's like they teach us on the airlines--put on your own mask before helping your children on with theirs. They need us to be capable of taking care of them. This day was one of those days for me--of restoring my mental health and well-being. Thank you Wanda and Marlys for helping me do that! I love you!
