Hostess Coaching Program
Updated! This is a hostess coaching notebook that was created by a past consultant in my unit. It is still my "go-to" for hostess packet flyers when I'm out of the company brochures. You can also use just a few of the pages if you want to include them along with the company brochure.
Linda's Hostes Packet:
She uses a white 3-ring binder (1/2 inch or 1 inch binder) and slips the cover sheet into the front clear pocket. She puts a title down the spine. Her thought on using the binder is that it is large enough not to get lost in a stack of papers! Out of sight, out of mind! This is attractive and won't get lost in your hostess' home. And, you can restock it and hand it to another hostess!
She uses the crystal clear page protectors for all the other pages.
She uses the $75 for $25 hostess credit, unless the percentages would be a better deal for her hostess (on classes over $500).
Included in her packet are two different choices for monthly specials. One is the idea of getting the product at the price depending upon what day it is scheduled. Hold a class on the first of the month, it costs $1.00. Hold the class on the 15th of the month, it costs $15, etc. But an alternative to that is also included. And that is to offer the gift at 50% in addition to regular hostess credit. She only shows monthly specials for this month and next.

(An easy way to change them is to save them to your computer, open in Word, click on edit, and then replace. Do a line at a time. It will replace all the words at one time, so you don't have to change it on each page.)

Linda's Hostess Packet 2--This version of the Hostess Packet uses the 10%, 15%, and 20% hostess credit program. I actually have both flyers in my notebook, and tell the hostess I'll use whichever one gives them the most hostess credit based on total sales at their class.

Include some Class invitations in your notebook, so she can mail them out, or get the guest list and mail them yourself.
