How to Work the Monthly Unit Report

Print list of your Terminates...will they lose recruits, lose their webpage and get no Applause to see Holiday Items and won't get Embrace Life offer

Print off I1-I3 lists...anyone not going to get a recruiting check? What did their team order and how much are they missing if they don't order?

Former List...who is going out this month or next? Did you send them a current order form and did you give them a "courtesy call" to let them know that you will miss them...can you help put together an order?

Who has inactive recruits? Can they help you help their recruit to order? Does she need more products?

Who could go on-target for their car? Who is close to DIQ? Who could move up to Senior Consultant because they have the sales?

Who can you call and follow-up with? I made two calls yesterday and got 2 new unit members...don't assume that they are making the calls!!!!!!!!!!

Have you talked to ALL your new people...not just this month's new ones and see if they are ready to order...even if it's just a personal order at 50% for $200.

What about the Earned Discount? Anyone need to do a small order...they will add up. Do they understand how it works?

Any Team Leaders needing to do a $600 personal so they will get 13%? What did you do to get your 13%? Unless you are an Exec Senior, you still have to order $600 too!

Hope this helps for this month and print for each month...don't wait until the last day to work the numbers!!! This is a business-work it like one!
