Questions to Ask for Growth

Here are the questions that I used to work with and develop New Consultants:
1. What attracted you to Mary Kay?
2. What are some of your immediate goals and desires?
3. What are some of your strengths? Your Weaknesses?
4. As your Director, what do you expect from me that will help you the most?
5. What can I expect from you as an active achieving consultant in our area?
6. How much profit do you want or need to earn weekly in Mary Kay?
7. What motivates you, money, prizes or recognition?
8. What do you want to achieve in the next six months?

STAR CONSULTANTS:
1. What company prize are you working for during this quarter?
2. DO you understand the rules and the dates of the company contests?
3. Have you mapped out your plan of action to achieve these goals?
4. I am thrilled that you are on target for your diamond, ruby etc..What do you have in your datebook to support your goal?
5. Can you see yourself on stage at successs event/ qtr event being honored as the shining star you are?
6. Is there any area you feel you may need help with so you can accomplish your goal of Star consultant?
7. Have you thought about how much money you will make as a Star COnsultant or is it success that motivates you?
8. Can you see how the consistency of being a Star Consultant can ensure your success?

That is what I work with and it gives me great results....we average 85-100 stars in the year 85 stars will give you $850,000 and 100 will give you the Million......so go for it girls....I believe in YOU
