Send out a flyer, a postcard, or email telling them you are having a Yard Sale. They get 1% off each inch of product placed end-to-end along a yard stick! Example: They buy a cleanser, mascara, and pencil. Place them end to end on a yardstick and measure total inches for the discount. Customers love it and think it is a cute idea. They could get up to a maximum of 36% (one yard).  Put that on flyer/postcard or email. You'd be surprised how many will keep adding something to get to the 36% and you'll find that it is almost always $100 and up in product when they fill the whole yardstick.
