How to Print Labels from My Customers on Intouch

Thanks to my Director friend, Elaine Lewis

Select the customers you want to create labels for with a check mark in front of their names.

Then click the “Print” button and choose “Labels”.

The system will generate a pdf file.

When you go to print that pdf file, a Print dialog box comes up as pictured below.

On the left side of that dialog box, a little more than halfway down, you will see “Page Scaling” and it should be set to “none”

The “Auto-Rotate and Center” box is checked

The “Choose Paper Source by PDF page size” is not checked

The labels will be lined up perfectly for Avery 5160 labels--thirty labels to a page.
