PinkConnecting.com

To get the concept of it, please watch the video above.

OMGoodness! I love pinkconnecting.com! A few months ago, a good Mary Kay buddie of mine showed me a program she was using and thought I would be interested! YES!

When I saw the professionalism of it, I was immediately hooked. What an awesome way to "brand" yourself as a professional Mary Kay consultant to your customers and your team. This one program does what several other programs, that I was currently using, did and it was simpler and all in one place! I love it! From drip campaigns to texting to gift cards inside branded greeting cards, this one program does it all!

Here's a short video that explains the product. Jean MacDonald, the narrator of the video, is a retired Mary Kay Sales Director, whose unit earned 5 Pink Cadillacs and was a member of the 1/2 Million Dollar Circle of Excellence. She is now an author, corporate trainer, coach, and speaker. She helps teams learn how to follow-up and she loves this program for doing that. She's a certified partner for PinkConnecting. One of her books is called, "Find the Fortune in the Follow-up" and the other is "Get Up, Get Dressed, and Get Out the Door."  She has been teaching me how important it is to follow-up, make connections with people, build relationships, and follow-up again.

From this one program, you can
Send professionally branded emails, with multiple themes.
There are two kinds of emails--one, which is just a nice professional email with your branding and the other has a picture at the top.  VERY handy to put a special flyer, special incentive, or just to show a friendly gesture--like...let's meet for coffee (and the picture shows a coffee cup, for instance.)
You can send newsletters in one column and two-columns (I use these to recognize my team but to also send out information and special deals to my customers).
You can send a greeting card that you create and it also has your branding. I use it to send thank you notes to my hostesses. So professional! You can also insert gift cards, so I use that for my team recognition.
It has a large design gallery to choose pictures, but you can upload your own at no additional cost.
I use the postcards all the time. I use the large ones (5x 7) for more important info, and I use the mini postcards for reminders to my team--like their A3, I1, etc status.
Everything I want to use over and over I save in the message library.
I can attach files, just like in regular email.
You can make multiple groups and put contacts into multiple groups. You can send to one person in your contacts or to an entire group.
It will automatically insert their name so that it is personalized for each person receiving it.
It has a calendar so that I can post my follow-up appts and schedule emails and cards in advance.
I've uploaded my customers and my team from my Intouch, so that was easy.
It allows you to see who has opened your emails and if they clicked on any links you inserted, such as video or link to your personal website.
Because it has a special email booster, it acts like it comes straight from your own email account, so it isn't likely that the email will end up in their spam account.
It has a "view in browser" link so that I can text out the link if they are someone who prefers text to email.
It only costs $20 per month.  Very affordable.
30 day free trial, so that you get chance to use it before being charged for it.
It has "share codes" so that if you make something you send out and you are willing to share it with me, I can take your share code and your creation comes up, but with my branding! Love it!

Here's some pictures of different types of things, just so you can get a feel.
Each color and product is part of the branding, which is called a "profile."  I have set up probably 20 different profiles with different colors and logos. With the click of a button, I can choose a different profile.

This is a picture of a regular branded email.

This is a picture of an email greeting, which allows you to insert a picture at the top. There is even an edit tool to add text  to the picture.

Back of card.  Pink Connecting prints it on glossy paper and stamps it and mails it.

Sample of Newsletter I had saved in the Message Library, showing how you share it.  Click here to see the entire message. I had sent this to my consultants, but then cloned it and then edited it and sent it to my customers.
