Organizing Eye and Cheek Samples
by Donna Bayes Scott

Keeping your eye and cheek samples organized can be a daunting task.  But this simple way works great! Keep scrolling down to see all the details.

I found a photo album at Walmart that was the perfect size for the samples that come 18 to a sheet. As you use a sample, just tear it off from the bottom. You will know instantly which samples need to be replaced as they get low in numbers.  Because the name of the eye color is on the rib that has the holes punched, you'll always know the name that you need to order even if you use all the samples before replacing.

Use a three hole punch (one that you can adjust, so that it will punch accurately for this smaller size notebook), to punch holes in the samples.

Put all of the samples in the notebook alphabetically so that you can easily find the one that you want.  The easiest way to put them in order is to use the order form that comes in your Applause magazine.  They are listed in alphabetical order and it just makes it easy to go down the list.  You can use some of the picture pages to use as dividers between the eye samples and the cheek samples and also to put eyeliner samples in.

Additional pages can be used for the color cards, too.
