My Family Meal Planner
I just received the neatest thing! It's a meal planner created by Mary Kay consultant Lindsay Siebert.

My Family Meal Planner includes a 12 month Calendar with meals planned for 4 days out of each week, all the Recipes that you need, and a weekly Grocery List. This 8.5 x 5.5 inch, coil-bound book with laminated covers will be very helpful to any busy family.  The grocery lists are included in the book, but to make it easier for you, it also includes a Magnetic Grocery List Notepad to put on your refrigerator. Just cross out what you already have, add any additional items you may need and head to the store.

IT IS SO SIMPLE!  Meals are planned for 4 days a week, so you can still add in your family favorites or head to your favorite restaurants the other days!
She is a childcare provider and regulations require her to meet certain food groups for each meal. She says that you and your family will be getting 1 meat, 1 bread, either 2 vegetables or 2 fruits or a fruit and a vegetable at every meal. You will also be getting Vitamin C daily and Vitamin A at least twice a week.
There are over 75 main dish recipes. Most recipes serve four to six people.  Meals are quick and easy, including a crock pot meal almost every week.  There is also room to add your own favorite recipes. AS A BONUS, she has included her family's favorite desserts.
