New contest for ONSTAGE recognition at Career Conference!! And perfect to go with our Extreme Makeover Hostess Contest!!

Everyone who books and holds at least 10 qualified classes and shares the opportunity by holding at least 10 team-building appointments in each of the months of January and February (Jan. 1 – Feb. 28, 2006) will receive a name badge ribbon and onstage recognition at Career Conference 2006. Qualified classes must have a hostess, at least two guests and a minimum of $200 in suggested retail sales. To qualify, you must enter your qualified classes and team-building appointments in the Book 10! Hold 10! Share 10! Tracking Sheet by Friday, March 3.

When we use to do the 20/20 challenge (20 classes in a month—and yes, I’ve done it before!), we would get two or three hostesses together at one time (each hostess would invite 2 friends so that you had 6 to 9 people around your table at one time (kill 2 or 3 birds with one stone!) That way, you could do 10 classes on the Saturday mornings of the month, or whatever!! It doesn’t have to take tons of time! (Have a power day and do 10 hostesses in ONE day!!)

They can get outside orders to get their totals up to $200. Share the company facts with each hostess and voila! You have met the challenge!

Repeat again in February, and look!! You have made tons of money
($200 times 10 is $2000 in sales times two months is $4000 in sales).
Plus, you have 20 women entered in the hostess contest—they’ll have to get their totals up to $500 to qualify for the Extreme Makeover Hostess Contest, so that you’ve made even more money!!
(20 times $500 = $10,000!! Can you stand it??)
Let’s get serious and do this!! You can---it is a decision away to do whatever it takes!

Step 1Make the decision to do this and then make your booking list.
Step 2—Call them and tell them your goal.  Tell them what's in it for them.
Step 3—Make it worth their while. (When I did 20/20, I told them of the goal, and that I needed their help, and said that if every hostess would help me and not cancel, so that I actually MADE the goal of 20 classes—then I would do such and such...you figure out what is worth it to you to offer as an incentive and reward if they help you actually complete your goal..)

Even if you don't start with 10 hostesses, you can still do this.  You'll book from your first classes in January to fill up the rest of January, and from those, you'll fill your datebook for February!!  You CAN do this!!
