I have been asked repeatedly by Directors if I would help them get a web site like mine. Here's what I can do if anyone is interested.
I will get your domain name, set you up on the server, create the basic structure of your website. Make the design with the colors of your choice and basically get it up and running with the pages you want already started. Once they are laid out and started, it will be easier for you to add to them.
I will add a guest book and counter. Even a Directors Only Area or another password-protected page. Then I will take an hour or so on the phone teaching you how to do it and include a little manual on the basic operations of it. (If you can do Publisher or Word, you can do a website!)
From there, you can maintain your own site, changing text, adding pictures, adding pages...having a great time, referring to the how-to manual when you get stuck!

A domain name (which will come free with the server that is $7.95 per month, but you pay for a year up front)The CuteSite Builder software, which you download for $69.My service of setting up everything and getting it uploaded to the server and 2 hours phone time to teach you how to do it, including a how-to manual, for $200. (Phone time can be broken up into more than one phone call, if necessary.)On-going tech help, just like a lawyer, billed per minute! :)I've helped three other Directors do it from scratch, and I've learned that if I set up the original basic structure, the learning curve is much, much smaller. There's no need for me to teach you how to build the darn thing, when you just want to know how to add to it and change it at will.
