Weekly Goal Tracking

"Many of you have asked me what I did to earn the Grand Am and leave my full time job in one year. Well, here's the scoop.. I kept following the sheet in front of me on my desk at all times. It was my "boss", and even when I didn't feel like working, I kept going until the sheet was filled. I took everything off my desk except the goal sheet, my datebook and my booking and recruiting leads. It cleared my mind (and formerly cluttered desk) of distractions! My time was focused on 2 priorities: BOOKING FIRST every week - I had to have 10 by Friday; RECRUITING SECOND - at least 3 interviews per week with consistent 24-48 hour follow-up; also, by Wednesday, I had invited 20 guests to Monday Night Live. On Fridays I'd do a "Goal Getting" check - if the sheet wasn't complete, I wasn't through working! This can actually be a fun thing for you - get done by Thursday and have a 3-day weekend! Rough Life, huh?"

The sheet is a pdf file so you should all be able to open it. The bottom left is for counting down the # of faces you see weekly and also the sales countdown. You decide what your goals are in each of these categories weekly and track your success!
