Earn Your Pearl Earrings
Brand New Consultants (in first 30 days): To help you learn the proper techniques for sharing our Mary Kay opportunity, I am offering a beautiful pair of pearl earrings when you have listened to me do three practice interviews with three of your friends or family. These can be done at a sales meeting or on a three-way phone call. Be sure to call me and work with me on the phone to arrange for these practice interviews. How to ask for the appointment:
"Hi, __________, this is ___________. Do you have a quick minute? Great! I am soooo excited! I just started with Mary Kay and part of my training is to learn how to explain how we make our money. This week I need 3 friends to help me with this part of my training. Would you help me? All you need to do is listen on the phone for about 20 minutes, while my director teaches me how to share the company facts. You'll be answering the questions and interacting with my director as if you were interested in becoming a consultant, even though this is just for practice. Would that be ok? When would you have some times we could do a 3-way call? Let me call my Director and get back to you on which of these times will also work for her. Thanks!

 To Earn the Pearls of Sharing EarringsYou will set up appointments with three of your friends, family, new clients, etc, to hear the marketing plan. These will be done with your Director, either in person, or by 3-way calling, so you can learn how we share the company facts and benefits.
 Call me to discuss your list of people and to make convenient arrangements for the appointments.Your people need to be at least 18 years of age. |

To Earn your Pearls of Sharing Bracelet You can earn the matching bracelet by sharing the information with three more people. Call me and I will do the talking while you listen and learn!

To Earn the Pearls of Sharing NecklaceAdd your first Team Member to your team in your very first month and earn the beautiful Pearls of Sharing necklace.Get the matching earrings and bracelet by sharing the facts with six. Be sure to work with me on the six appointments in order to qualify for the earrings and bracelet. |
All Other Consultants:
Earn your Pearl Earrings by doing six practice interviews in 30 days. Contact me for help with this option.Earn your Pearl Bracelet by doing six more practice interviews within the same 30 days.Earn your Pearl Necklace when one of these twelve women recruits during that same 30 days. You must have completed at least six practice interviews before the new team member will count for the Pearl Necklace. If you recruited someone without doing the interviews, you will receive the appropriate pin enhancer, but not the Pearls.
