What's Been Happening: I have worked for Sprint for 28 years, but this past June, I decided it was time to leave the stressful life of a "24/7 - 365 days year" on-call person. When they offered me a buy-out, with options of their "special early retirement", I took it. So, I've been letting them pay me big bucks for a year, while I search for another job, hopefully one with a little more fun in it! Just for kicks, I am working for the IRS (no joke!) during tax season. Pretty interesting stuff down there. Of course, I cannot tell you about it or I'd have to kill you!
I still live on the farm, with my horses, sheep, goats, dogs and cats. They seem to be more reliable than people, heh heh!
